Operation in 3–5 Seconds

The pallet truck lock is a system for load securing of pallet trucks on truck loading areas. Operation is intuitive and completed in just a few seconds – no tools, no effort required.

The system is DEKRA-tested in accordance with VDI 2700 and ensures reliable load securing during transport.

Locking (Securing the Pallet Truck)

Once the pallet truck has been positioned on the truck loading area:

• Insert the securing bracket into the pallet truck lock from above
• Press down until the bracket audibly engages
• The pallet truck is now securely fixed on the loading area
• The lock is confirmed by the audible click

Unlocking (Releasing the Pallet Truck)

To release the pallet truck from the loading area:

• Press the securing bracket slightly downward from above
• At the same time, pull the release mechanism upward
• The bracket releases and can be removed
• The pallet truck is free and can be moved

Important Notes

• Maintenance-free: The system requires no regular maintenance
• Weather-resistant: Galvanic zinc plating and stainless steel components protect against corrosion
• Load securing: The pallet truck lock is intended exclusively for load securing on truck loading areas
• VDI 2700: Tested and approved according to VDI 2700 – the guideline for load securing on road vehicles
• Inspect: Regularly check the firm seating and function of the engagement mechanism
